Black VIP Drive provides transportation-related services only. Ferry tickets, event tickets, accommodation and third-party services are not included unless clearly confirmed in writing.

Reservations are made through the Website booking form, checkout or direct written confirmation.
A reservation becomes valid when it is confirmed by Black VIP Drive and any required payment has been accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse any reservation.

4. Payment

Payments are processed through secure online checkout and payment providers connected to the Website.
Prices shown before confirmation may depend on route, date, vehicle category, passenger count, luggage and additional requirements.

5. Invoices

Invoices or receipts are issued according to the applicable booking, payment and tax requirements.

Prices are subject to change depending on route, vehicle category, availability and operational requirements.
The valid price is the one at the time of booking.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, no-show, waiting time and vehicle-care rules are defined in the Passenger, Cancellation & Vehicle Care Policy.
Guests should review that policy before confirming a booking.

8. Reservation Changes

Reservation changes are subject to driver, vehicle and schedule availability.
Additional costs may apply when the route, timing, waiting time, vehicle category or operational requirements change.

9. Liability

Black VIP Drive is responsible for providing the confirmed transfer service with reasonable care and coordination.
Guests are responsible for:

providing accurate pickup and drop-off details
being reachable before pickup
arriving on time at the agreed meeting point
respecting vehicle-care and passenger conduct rules
Black VIP Drive is not responsible for:

incorrect information provided by the guest
delays caused by traffic, weather, border controls, ferry schedules, flight disruptions or other events outside reasonable control
third-party services not provided by Black VIP Drive

10. Contractual Relationship

By making a reservation, the guest enters into a transfer-service relationship with Black VIP Drive under these Terms and the related passenger policy.

It is prohibited to:

provide false information
misuse the system
attempt unauthorized access
